    We are currently looking for an Associate IT Support Analyst in the Exton, Pa office. 

    Responsibilities

    The Associate IT Support Analyst position is an entry level IT Support and network operations role. This role has a broad range of IT Support and network monitoring responsibilities across multiple shifts in a 24x7 coverage model. Individuals will be taught on the job. This is a good learning opportunity for a recent grad or individual seeking to enter the IT industry.

     

    Responsibilities


    The Associate IT Support Analyst will report to the IT Support Manager and be responsible for the following.


    • Monitor network and server resources via software and email alerts for conditions that could
      cause system or application outage incidents. Then escalate to appropriate resolution teams.

    • Help manage communications and logistics for outages and incidents such as calling vendor

    • Monitor and manage support ticket queues for ITOps support and Infrastructure requests via
      Salesforce and Cherwell.

    • Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac users both locally and remotely.

    • Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 user account administration.

    • Assist with maintenance and management of physical datacenters and remote office server

    • Ability to lift and rack equipment weighing up to 75lbs.

    • Assist with software managed routine security updates for systems running Windows, Linux,
      VMWare, Cisco and APC software.

    • Provide support for VOIP administration and escalate to vendors for complex issues.

    • Participate in projects for creating, upgrading and/or decommissioning physical and virtual

    • Work within a 24x7x365 schedule with ability to change shifts including overnights and

     

    • The applicant must be willing to work a rotating schedule that will have them on
      evenings or nights for several months a year.

    • Communicate clearly and quickly with higher tier technical resources to facilitate prompt
      request completion and issue resolution.

    • Perform basic Microsoft Windows Server and .NET troubleshooting.

    • Maintain a good understanding of current server hardware and the 7layers of networking.

    • Professionalism and punctuality are required.
