    We are currently looking for an UX Designer to join our team in the Exton, PA Headquarters or Philadelphia office.




    This Senior UX Designer role requires a deep understanding of experience design for digital products and services of all kinds. Recognized as a customer experience advocate, excited about our customer’s lives through simple, intelligent and enriching products and experiences. In this role, you will be working with product management, across 10+ product lines, and our team of developers to design products with rich user experience. We are looking or a talented designer who is interested in and capable of bridging the gap between UI design and front-end development. Development experience is NOT required.

    • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills as you work with product management and engineering teams
    • Aware and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital experiences
    • Advocate user focus across the organization and communicate the value and principles of user experience design to members of various product teams.
    • Interpret business goals and product requirements to guide product design
    • Strong time management skills


    Basic Qualifications


    • Experience with creating personas, journey maps, and mockups to demonstrate product ideas
    • Create wireframes and prototypes to test and communicate the product's UX
    • Understanding of visual design principles, including composition, layout hierarchy, typography, and color optimized for current web & mobile technologies.
    • Implement user-testing when appropriate to inform the wireframe iteration process.
    • Deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment.
    • Assist in conducting user research, interviews and surveys
    • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
    • Communicate and present concepts to stakeholders
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure ideas can be brought to life
    • Experience with tools such as: Justinmind, Axure, or similar tools for functional prototypes is preferred
    • Basic working knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS preferred
