    We are currently looking for an UI/UX Designer.

    Responsibilities

    Description:

     

    This UI/UX Designer role requires a deep understanding of experience design for digital products and services of all kinds. Recognized as a customer experience advocate, excited about our customer’s lives through simple, intelligent and enriching products and experiences. In this role, you will be working with product management, across 10+ product lines, and our team of developers to design products with rich user experience. We are looking or a talented designer who is interested in and capable of bridging the gap between UI design and front-end development.

     

    Qualifications

    Background:

     

    • 3-5 years in a UI/UX design, product research, or a product design role

    Technical Qualifications

     

    • Experience with all user-centered design methods, including personas, mental models, journey maps, site maps, task flows, wireframes, rapid prototyping, and usability testing. 
    • Use wireframes and prototypes to test and communicate the product's UX 
    • Understanding of visual design principles, including composition, layout hierarchy, typography, and color optimized for current web & mobile technologies. 
    • Implement user-testing when appropriate to inform the wireframe iteration process. 
    • Assist in conducting user research, interviews and surveys 
    • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
    • Experience with tools such as: Justinmind, Axure, or similar tools for functional prototypes is preferred

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment 
    • Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital experiences 
    • Advocate user focus across the organization and communicate the value and principles of user experience design to members of various product teams. 
    • Interpret business goals and product requirements to guide product design 
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure ideas can be brought to life 
    • Support, communicate, course-correct, and revise through the development phase 
    • Deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment.
