    Job Summary

    We are looking for an eager, competitive, and disciplined Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent telephone skills.

    Inside sales reps are key in helping us achieve our company revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable collaborating with Marketing, qualifying prospects, persuasively presenting our value proposition, and closing opportunities.


    • Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails.
    • Close coordination with Marketing to contact prospects.
    • Effectively navigate the sales process from qualifying, presenting, negotiating, to closing.
    • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
    • Matching customer needs to corresponding solutions.
    • Conduct online solution demonstrations.
    • Exceed monthly sales quotas.
    • Fully leverage your allocated customer segment.
    • Provide customer feedback to management and liaise with technical staff.
    • Become domain expert.


    • BA or BS degree, preferably in business.
    • Inside sales experience, proven history of exceeding quota, and effectively managing to KPIs.
    • Strong presentation and telephone skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
    • Proficiency in contact management (CRM) tools (preferably Salesforce).
    • Tech Savvy.
    • Proficient in Challenger Sales Method.
    • Analytical
    • Determined, decisive, persuasive, go getter, and high sense of urgency.
